Labelling Machines
Working very closely with self adhesive labelling machine manufacturers Rusan we are able to supply labelling machines for speeds of up to 250 units per minute. The machinery that Rusan manufacture ranges from simple stand alone applicators to high speed rotary labelling machines for bottles, and includes models for the pharmaceutical industry, with facilities for pharma code readers and a full security system for control of reject components.

Tube Filling
Our range of tube filling machinery is manufactured by NIMA of Italy. Their equipment incorporates a patented design of loading and unloading the tubes to and from the machine. The system works by presenting the tube horizontally to the tube holders and then discharging the tubes horizontally. This allows a more positive infeed of tubes to the machine and minimises downtime caused by transfer between the tube filler and secondary packaging machine.
Tablet Counting
POL Pharma has, over the last 9 years, found solutions for customers with tablet counting requirements. We have access to a number of used tablet counting machines and we have recently designed our own mechanical tablet counter. Please contact us with your requirement.
Stickpack Machines
POL Pharma are the UK agents for AS Siebler (Germany) and Tepack (Spain).
AS Siebler manufacture entry level machines for speeds up to 120 packs per minute with quick changeover times and low cost format parts. The machines are ideal for customers with low to mid volume outputs. Liquid products are dosed using Hi Bar pumps and free flowing products are dosed using a volumetric dosing system or an auger filling system.
Tepak
Tepak manufacture high speed stickpack machines using servo motor technology. Thanks to Tepack's vast experience as well as their firm conviction that quality and versatility are key, they have integrated a very efficient working method for the customer.
